Reports: impeachment sheets, memos and cited exports

4 MIN READ·UPDATED NOV 2026·ANALYSIS AND REPORTS

Reports are drafted from accepted findings and saved records. Every paragraph must cite a page, a Bates number, a second of audio or a retrieved record, or it does not go in.

Draft one

  1. Open the case's Reports tab and press New report.
  2. Choose a template: Impeachment sheet (for one witness), Case memo, Subject profile or Chronology.
  3. The draft is ready in under a minute. Paragraphs carry numbered citations; the sources are listed underneath with their quotes.

Edit, finalise, export

Edit text lets you rewrite any paragraph; a paragraph that loses its citation cannot be saved. Mark final removes the draft banner. Export to PDF or Word with or without citations, source excerpts and firm letterhead; a CSV of findings is also one click.

Redraft

After accepting more findings, press Redraft for a fresh draft. Your edits to the old draft are replaced.
