Working from your phone

3 MIN READ·UPDATED NOV 2026·GETTING STARTED

The whole panel works on a phone. Nothing scrolls sideways, every button is finger-sized, and the pages rearrange into a single column.

Getting around

Tap the menu button at the top left to open the sidebar; it slides over the page. The search icon in the top bar opens People search. Tables turn into stacked cards with their labels, so nothing is cut off.

What is different on a phone

  1. The purpose chip is hidden to save room; the case picker on each page does the same job.
  2. Transcripts play with the same waveform; tap any line to jump the audio.
  3. Reports show the paper view first, with export and edit controls underneath.
  4. Long forms pair their fields (City and State sit side by side) and keep hints inline.

Tips

Add the panel to your home screen from the browser's share menu; it opens full screen like an app. Two-step codes paste straight from your authenticator.
